Bringing the Tradition Back to Brooklyn

Locally Grown & Crafted with Love

In Brooklyn, before it was called Brooklyn, people drank cider there. It wasn't like wine; it wasn't like scotch; it was more like water. It was a thirst quencher for the worker as well as what the founding fathers drank with breakfast.

Mission: To Make Great Cider with One Simple Ingredient

Mission: To Make Great Cider with One Simple Ingredient

Locally Grown & Crafted with Love

At Brooklyn Cider House, we use one simple ingredient to make our ciders – apples. So the structure, aromas, mouth feel, and any residual sugar are definitively tied to the quality of our apples.  Our mission is to make really great cider that we personally want to drink everyday and to make it naturally, with minimal intervention and without additives, flavorings, or sugar.

Sharing Our Love of Food, Life, and Drink

Locally Grown & Crafted with Love

Our cider rapture started in the foothills of the Basque Country, catching natural cider straight from the barrel amidst a sea of laughter, song, and pure, pure joy. Two siblings and a friend quit their jobs to grow apples, make cider, and share their love of food, life, and drink.
